Storm Gray Bud Vase | S

This small bud vase, in storm gray ash glaze, fits gently in the hand. Decorated with brushstrokes of iron oxide, fired in a reduction atmosphere, which brings out a constellation of speckles and tonal variation across the surface. Can be displayed as a sculptural vessel or used functionally to hold seasonal flowers or dried branches.
