Domestic Orders (within India)
Orders usually take 6–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the courier service. Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
You’ll receive an update with a tracking link via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.
If you're in or around Bir, Himachal Pradesh and would prefer to collect your order in person, feel free to reach out. If arranged, the shipping cost will be refunded.
I typically dispatch parcels within 3–4 working days. However, as this is a small, mostly one-person studio, slight delays may occur during busier times. I truly appreciate your patience—every piece is packaged, labeled, and sent out by me. If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll be in touch.
For custom orders, shipping timelines will be discussed in advance based on your specific requirements.
When multiple orders are placed, these will be packed and shipped together and additional shipping costs paid will be refunded once it has all been processed.
International Orders
International deliveries usually take 7–15 business days, but this can vary depending on the destination country’s postal service and customs processing time.

International Customs & Duties
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs or duties, the original shipping and any return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Retuns and Refunds
Each piece is handmade with care, and small variations are part of the process. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped by mistake.
If this happens, please email me at connect.studioanicca@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear photographs of both the product and the packaging. I’ll do my best to rectify the issue. Please note that used items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 8 days of dispatch, please get in touch immediately. After 12–15 days, it becomes increasingly difficult to locate or resolve missing shipments, so early communication is crucial.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the error is noticed only after dispatch, any resulting loss is the customer’s responsibility. I will try to help if an address correction is still possible, but refunds cannot be issued for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please take a moment to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
