Retuns and Refunds
Each piece is handmade with care, and small variations are part of the process. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped by mistake.
If this happens, please email me at connect.studioanicca@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear photographs of both the product and the packaging. I’ll do my best to rectify the issue. Please note that used items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 8 days of dispatch, please get in touch immediately. After 12–15 days, it becomes increasingly difficult to locate or resolve missing shipments, so early communication is crucial.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the error is noticed only after dispatch, any resulting loss is the customer’s responsibility. I will try to help if an address correction is still possible, but refunds cannot be issued for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please take a moment to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
